Responsibilities:

General Administrative and
clerical assist
·
Order Entry, Shipping,
Customer support
·
Answering and filtering
calls, in addition to taking special messages

Scanning, faxing, copying,
emailing
·
Maintaining digital copies
of delivery documentation, orders, and freight claims
·
Filing all documentation
with complete copies of authentic order, sales order, bill, freight price, and
declare office work
·
Credit Card Processing
·
Invoicing and sending
tracking information to the sales group and or customers
Skills and Experience:
·
Customer carrier experience
required
·
Shipping and Receiving
experience required
·
Proficient in Microsoft
Office, other customer service systems a plus
·
Grammar and commercial
enterprise English
·
Ability to multi-mission
and work time beyond regulation on an “as needed” basis
·
Must be a group participant
with the ability to work under minimum supervision
·
Work effectively in a
fashionable enterprise environment, with a focal point on high degrees of
high-quality and customer support
